Message	Since the Carbon Canister is still on, I would check the vacuum lines leading to the carbon canister to ensure they are not leaking, capped or removed. I would also test the check valve. For the fuel tank, there should be no other vent since that would produce polution/emissions, which is what the emission system is trying to prevent.
